Jewellery is delicate and following some basic guidelines will ensure that it lasts. The following advice will help you to keep your beads and jewellery looking as good as the day you brought them.

1) Avoid harsh abrasive cleaners, warm soapy water is recommended and dry with a soft cloth or tissue to prevent lots of fibres catching on the chains etc.

2) Unless stated chains, wire and clasps etc are 925 sterling silver. This is prone to tarnish when exposed to the air. When not being worn it is recommended that the jewellery be stored in a sealable plastic bag. Although this is not pretty is will help to prevent tarnishing

3) If tarnishing does occur the use of a silver polishing cloth should return the silver to its pre tarnished state. These can be brought from most jewellers.

4) Avoid wearing jewellery in the bath or shower or when washing up!

5) Avoid hard impacts.

6) I guarantee all work for 3 months with the following conditions:

   a) All handmade beads are annealed to ensure durability, they will potentially chip or crack if they are dropped or thrown with force. Should something happen to your bead please contact me and I will discuss replacement with you.

   b) All of the above advice should be followed, should failure of a piece of jewellery occur then please contact me to discuss repair or replacement

   c) Items are guaranteed for 3 months after purchase. In that time, provided you adhere to the above advice, should failure occur I will repair or replace free of charge. After 3 months there may be a charge for repair and postage
