Legal disclaimer
I aim to represent each item for sale as accurately as possible and provide detailed descriptions. Whilst I provide you with representative images of my beads and jewellery actual details such as colour may vary from computer to computer and on screen colours may differ slightly from the “real” item. If you are unhappy with your bead / jewellery once you have purchased it please contact me for an exchange or refund. The item must be unworn / unused. My glass beads have been annealed in a digital kiln for strength, safety and durability and each one has been individually checked for flaws, chips, cracks and other faults before being presented for sale. Should you find a problem with your beads / jewellery after purchase please contact me. This does not include damage inflicted by wear and tear, misuse and mishandling. Should any cracks or chips occur please dispose of the bead in the appropriate manner. Children should not be given the beads to play with as they could present a choking hazard.
About Aurorabeadz
Aurorabeadz is a bespoke bead making service. Beads are supplied in a loose state so you can design and make your own jewellery. I do also make items of jewellery that I offer for sale.
Handmade Glass Beads
The glass beads offered for sale on this site are hand made in the workshop by me. Glass used includes Effetre, Vetrofond, Creation is Messy, Double Helix and Reichenbach. All beads are annealed in a digital kiln to ensure durability and checked for flaws once they are annealed. Every one of the glass beads made are unique, no one bead is ever the same even in a set. The hand made glass beads on these pages remain the intellectual property of Samantha Halliwell. Any attempts to resell these items giving false credit to another maker constitutes theft under national and international property right laws.

Ordering and payment
If you want to order items from this site please do so using the “Contact Me” form. Payment by Paypal is preferred but I also accept payment by cheque or postal order. Please let me know how you wish to pay when you place your order. Payment should be received within 5 days of placing your order otherwise goods will be returned to stock. I will dispatch your order to you within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment. No contract of sale between Aurorabeadz and you exists until full payment has been accepted and all funds cleared. If there is a problem I will notify you as soon as possible.
Postage and packing
UK customers free
Orders are sent to you First Class Delivery. If your order comes to over £30 then I recommend posting by Insured Next Day Special Delivery. See the postage and packing page for further information.
I obtain proof of posting on all orders and no responsibility can be taken for loss or damage within the postal system. Your order will be packaged so as to offer maximum protection during transit.
I do try to recycle packaging such as padded envelopes but only if they are in an acceptable condition. Beads and finished items of jewellery are attractively presented which is included in the price but for a small extra fee I can provide alternative packaging. Please contact me to discuss your requirements.
Returns
Your satisfaction with goods purchased from me is incredibly important. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your beads or jewellery please contact me within 3 days of receiving the goods and let me know why you are not happy. Goods should then be returned to me in a resaleable condition (unless damaged) within 10 working days for a full refund or an exchange. Returns must be sent using Special or Recorded Delivery. I am unable to refund your postage costs but I will refund the cost of the goods. Please ensure you contact me before returning goods for refund or exchange.
Warranty
All of my beads and jewellery are fully guaranteed for 3 months following purchase. Each individual item is checked for flaws before being sold. In the unlikely event of there being a fault with an item I will exchange or refund the item. This will only occur provided all terms and conditions have been adhered to and that advice given within the jewellery care section has been followed. I cannot take responsibility for failure of an item through wear and tear, misuse or mishandling.
